This Griddle is for use with Solaire 30, 42 and 56-inch grills. The 1/4-inch griddle is great for extending the capabilities of your Solaire beyond grilling. It is great for teppan, grilled cheese, bacon, veggies, pancakes ... you name it. The Griddle replaces one of the grilling grids of your Solaire Grill. The Griddle is made of stainless steel, with welded and polished corners to make a grease tight container.
